There are two main technologies used in inkjet printers: continuous inkjet technology and random inkjet technology.
1. The continuous inkjet technology is represented by the charge modulation type. 2. Random inkjet Random inkjet technology mainly includes micro piezoelectric and thermal bubble inkjet technology: thermal bubble inkjet technology, the principle of thermal bubble inkjet printing is to load ink into a very tiny capillary In, the ink is quickly heated to the boiling point by a miniature heating pad. This creates a very tiny vapor bubble, which expands and ejects a drop of ink to the top of the capillary. When the heating is stopped, the ink cools, causing the vapor to condense and contract, thereby stopping the ink flow until the next time the vapor is generated and an ink droplet is generated. The micro piezoelectric inkjet system is equipped with a transducer on the ink-filled nozzle, and the transducer is controlled by the printing signal to control the ejection of the ink.
