1. Cup body: The cup body is like a huge teacup with a handle and a spout. It is mainly used for holding water or soy milk. Some of the cups are made of plastic, and some are made of stainless steel, but they are all made of stainless steel or polycarbonate that meets food hygiene standards. It is advisable to choose a stainless steel cup body when buying the machine, mainly for easy cleaning. The "upper water level" and "lower water level" lines are marked on the cup body to standardize the amount of water added to the cup body. The upper edge of the cup body just covers the lower cover of the machine head to fix and support the machine head.

2. Machine head: The machine head is the assembly of the soymilk machine, except for the cup, all other parts are fixed on the machine head. The machine head shell is divided into an upper cover and a lower cover. The upper cover has a handle, a working indicator and a power socket. The lower cover is used to install the main components, and the computer board, transformer and beating motor are installed on the upper part of the lower cover (that is, inside the machine head). The lower part of the lower cover is provided with an electric heater, a blade, a net cover, an anti-overflow electrode, a temperature sensor and an anti-dry burning electrode. It should be noted that the material of the lower cover also needs to comply with food hygiene standards.

3. Heater: heating power 800 W, stainless steel material; heating tube, heating plate, etc. according to the shape of the soymilk machine, used to heat the soymilk.

4. Temperature sensor: used to detect the water temperature in the cup during "preheating". When the water temperature reaches the set temperature of MCU (SH66P20A) (generally required to be around 80 ℃), the motor will start beating.

5. Anti-dry burning electrode: This electrode is not an independent part, but a stainless steel housing with a temperature sensor. The outer diameter of the shell is 6 mm, and the effective length is 89 mm. The length is much longer than the anti-overflow electrode. It is inserted into the bottom of the cup. When the water level of the cup body is normal, the lower end of the anti-dry burning electrode should be immersed in water. When the water level in the cup body is low or there is no water, or the head is lifted and the lower end of the anti-dry burn electrode leaves the water surface, the MCU (microcontroller) detects this state through the anti-dry burn electrode to ensure safety. Soymilk machines will be prohibited from working.

6. Blade: The blade is shaped like a ship's propeller, made of high-hardness stainless steel, and is used to crush beans. There are S type, X type, I type and so on.

7. Net cover: used to hold beans and filter soy milk. In actual work, the net cover is buckled with the lower cover of the machine head by buckling the oblique flute. During cleaning, you will find that the mesh cover and the lower head cover are too tight after being heated, so when you remove the mesh cover, cool it with cold water to avoid excessive force and scratch your hands or damage the mesh cover. Especially cleaning the net cover is more laborious and often makes users feel too hard. This problem has attracted the attention of various manufacturers. 8. Anti-overflow electrode: used to detect the boiling of soy milk and prevent the soy milk from overflowing. It has an outer diameter of 5 mm and an effective length of 15 mm, which is located above the cup body. In order to ensure the normal operation of the anti-overflow electrode, it must be cleaned in time, and the soy milk should not be too dilute, otherwise, the anti-overflow electrode will lose its protective effect and cause an overflow cup.
